All users of the platform — photographers, organizers, or partners — must keep their registration data complete and up to date, including name, profile photo, phone number, and main professional social networks, where applicable.This information enhances transparency and is essential for a platform that connects people and businesses. Fotto may request updates or adjustments to the profile at any time.
2. Ethics, Collaboration, and Minimum Age
Fotto values ethics, trust, and collaboration among all members of the photography ecosystem. Users are expected to act with professionalism, cordiality, and mutual respect.To use the platform, you must be over 18 years old. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
3. Authenticity of Photos
All photos and videos published on Fotto must be authentic and captured at real events by the person publishing them. The use of AI-generated images, digital illustrations, scene recreations, or any content that does not truthfully represent a real event moment is not allowed.Image editing must preserve the truth of the captured moment. Alterations that distort the scene, unethically remove people, or include non-existent elements are prohibited.Fotto is, above all, a platform for selling authentic photos and videos from in-person events, and any deviation from this purpose may result in the immediate removal of the content and suspension of the user.
4. Photos from Real Events
The platform only accepts content captured at real, in-person events with defined date and location. This includes, for example, races, tournaments, gatherings, parties, training sessions, fairs, conferences, among others.Illustrations, fictional images, stock content, digitally created scenes, or any material unrelated to a specific event are strictly prohibited.
5. Ownership and Authorization
Only the photographer who took the image, the event organizer, or someone authorized by the photographer or organizer may publish events on Fotto.Additionally, the photographer must be authorized to operate at that event for the purpose of selling photos and videos, respecting the agreements made with organizers, promoters, or contractors.
6. Consent in Private Events
For private events — even if held in public spaces such as parks, streets, or squares — it is necessary to obtain formal authorization from the organizer to publish and sell images.This includes, but is not limited to: weddings, birthdays, corporate events, paid events, closed races, or events with restricted access.
7. Respect for Privacy
The privacy of the individuals portrayed must always be respected. It is forbidden to publish embarrassing, offensive images or those that expose any participant in an inappropriate manner.If requested by any portrayed individual, the photographer must follow Fotto’s procedures to evaluate image removal, in accordance with the platform’s terms and applicable law.
8. Inappropriate Content
The publication of any content that includes the following is strictly prohibited:- Violence or incitement to violence
- Discrimination of any kind
- Nudity, pornography, or explicit sexual content
- Illegal, offensive content or promotion of activities prohibited by law
- Use of brands, symbols, or logos without authorization
9. Event Information
The photographer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the event, including official name, date, location, and other fields made available by the platform for details.Proper completion of these details directly contributes to the buyer's experience and helps participants find their images more easily.False, incomplete, or misleading information undermines trust in the platform and may result in event removal, suspension, or account deletion.
10. Adesão aos Termos e Políticas
Use of Fotto implies full adherence to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent account deletion, at the sole discretion of the platform’s team. 11. Reporting and Monitoring
Fotto encourages the community to actively monitor published content. Any user can report content they consider inappropriate, false, or harmful.Reports will be analyzed by Fotto’s team and, if confirmed, may result in content removal, gallery blocking, user suspension, or banning.
12. Legal Responsibility
Users who cause harm to third parties — whether financial, moral, or legal — by violating this policy will be solely responsible for the consequences of their actions.Fotto acts as a technology intermediary platform and is therefore not responsible for authorship disputes, image misuse, or any conflict between users.
13. Conduct on Other Channels
In addition to the main platform, Fotto maintains additional communication and community channels such as the Fotto Blog, WhatsApp groups, and collaborative spaces among photographers, organizers, and partners.Inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful behavior in these channels — including hate speech, harassment, provocation, or actions that harm the collective environment — may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent exclusion from the platform. Fotto values safe and collaborative spaces. Maintaining ethical and respectful behavior in these spaces is essential to foster mutual respect, experience sharing, and the community spirit that drives event photography.
